Pros & Cons

PROS

It is a tremendous secure hub to manage service tickets and push patches and updates to users. The report features allow IT staff to track response times, keep resolutions and track recurring issues with users' machines.

It's a quick easy way to keep track of all of my customers at once. I can easily find all of my customer details.

It protects each network with security management, centralizes IT services and operations management and allows the control of several endpoints.

The centralization of the solution is a piece of mind, all your stuff in in one location

It is user-friendly and the latest product which is easy to use. It doesn't take up much space.

Easy to handle,proper time management is possible while using this lead

The ability to manage no only windows updates, but those of 3rd party applications as well.

CONS

The only dislike is the login can sometimes be tricky and not work the first time. It will occasionally not use the correct server or accidentally change it when logging in, which causes an error.

It's easy to get lost. If you click into a new section of the software, it can be tricky to get back to where you were originally.

It could be cheaper and more affordable for small companies to buy it; it could also integrate other servers than windows

The offered space on the basic subsection is not suitable comparing other competitors, it should be competitive

I have nothing to say that I dislike this part.

It lags sometimes but overall the things are fine

The process to update the software suite itself is clunky
